At Hamburger Chaussee 183 we welcomed our first guests in 1998, with pizza from the stone oven and pasta made to Bobby’s recipes. Now we’re back: with the same kitchen, lunch from Tuesday to Friday, a terrace for 30 guests and Italian wines we’re happy to advise you on.

Our story
Family recipessince 1998
Bobby opened primavera on 8 April 1998. The recipes are still his, and we cook them the way they were handed down. Pam is the soul of the house: she makes sure you feel welcome from the very first moment.
We cook to Bobby’s recipes. You eat by the copper wall under the golden lights, on the long bench or, in summer, outside on the terrace, which seats 30 guests.
